Title: signed paperweight

hi can anybody identify this paperweight for me please it has got blue in with silver flecks and it has an indent to the top it is signed underneath but i can only make out the 1st word i think it says pan thanks karen

Why don't you try Googling the information theglassnut kindly gave you and see if you can work it out.   :)
