Title: blue bubble based bud vase

hi any ideas? its 11inch tall controlled bubbles in the bottom thanks karen

Can we see a picture of the base please. I would hazard a guess at Chinese

I think it is more likely Japnese, Chinese usually have a much rougher finish and aren't flat on the bottom.

Thank you Kaz.  I have many more still to go on the site.  I have come across a similar one in yellow shown on the Glass Encyclopedia site, which states they were made in Japan.
