This has fish on the base. I thought it might be Sowerby can anyone help with an ID:-)?

I just saw one like it on the bay marked Bagley?Mine has a frosted rim though not clear.

Bagley Fish Plate, pattern 3123, made between 1939-1975, in all Bagley colours except Jetique in clear and part-frosted glass.
