Title: green thingy

hi,this is a green decanter/perfume bottle its 17cm tall it looks like it had a stopper lee didn't notice the top till he got it home but its rough where the stopper has been any ideas about it please,thanks kaz

not sure, poss Czech or Scandinavian, looks familiar, i will keep an eye out on my travels.
IMHO its quite a lot nicer than the Amber bottle.

ps, yes , would have had a stopper, the inner neck is ground to make a good tight fit.
looks well made.
Send Lee back to find the stopper, and tell him not to come home until hes found it.  ;D

These are Aseda decanters, Bo Borgstrom according to Scandinavian Glass Fire and Sea (page 185). Clear stoppers and I think I have seen them in blue, amber and possibly red but rarely with a stopper.

hi,thanks lee got it off car boot so the chances of finding stopper isnt very good,kaz
