Title: large green glass thingys

hi i have this pair of glass vases or bowls they have a solid clear glass bottom, they are 6.5" high.any ideas on age/maker? please

Spotted one today with a large paper label on the base with U.K. tel.no's. but no company name or details of maker/origin.  Its described as "Hurricane", which presumably refers to its design being like a hurricane lamp.  I'm guessing its fairly modern.  I've seen a few on my travels, but todays was the first with a retail label.

oh well i got them for £1 in a junk shop in delabole in cornwall.quite a few chips on them so i bought them because they would look nice in the garden with tealights in.

Nice looking pieces and a bargain!   Really heavy aren't they :o  Shouldn't get blown over by any South Westerlies ;)
