Title: Is this a wedgewood candlestick?

I have this candlestick of which i no nothing about allthough i have seen similar shapes in books,6" high  2 3/4" across the base, the base and neck are in green glass the rest is clear glass...Lynn

Definitely not Wedgwood, glass is bicolour and too thick. Eastern Europe at a guess
