Title: unknown iridescent paperweight

Hi, I recently obtained an iridescent art nouveau style unsigned paperweight that I haven't the faintest clue about. It was bought at an estate auction that had a large amount of old glassware so I doubt that it is newish. 2 1/4" tall, 2 3/4" diameter.

Any help or clues appreciated.
