Title: ID HELP NEEDED SMALL VASE

Hi All,
Any ideas on this one.  It's 4" high with white glass spirals incorporated within clear. The rim is rounded off and the base has a very smooth polished pontil. It is also quite solid with a thick base. Weight is 400g.
