Title: Studio Perfume bottle ?

picked this up at a little antiques fair, im sure it looks familiar?
Not sure if its studio, or an import to one of the charity shops,or other retail outlet,
although the base is not polished, im thinking its more likely a studio somewhere?

Anyone recognise it?
