Title: Help Id sommerso Czech ? vase

Nicely done sommerso vase with opaque ruby interior, heavy clear exterior with twisted external ribs.

Measures just over 9 1/2" high and 4 3/4" wide at the top rim.

Ground / polished foot and circular pontil with some light contact wear.

1970's Czech or more contemporary?

This piece is probably not Czech/Czechoslovakian.
