hi, this is 10cm tall theirs a amber one in a book ive got but it dosnt say who by

It's a handkerchief vase in Small Arctic (that's the glass texture) made by Chance Brothers. The Tinted range was made from 1969 to 1981, and this size and colour seems to be the most common in this texture. This book (http://www.chanceglass.net/pages/book1.html#expressions) covers almost all you could wish to know about Chance products (supplement in progress!)
