Hi All,
I found this decanter recently and i am not sure who the manufacturer/designer might be. It has a cork and metal ring-pull stopper, a stylised 'daisy' design on both sides and the bottom edge has been ground smooth. It has no markings or stickers.
Any help would be much appreciated :^))

Hi there probably not much help but i know that Holmegaard use these metal ring and cork stoppers on there flasks, so it may be something in that area??

The cork stopper with the coin (or metal disk) is generic for Scandinavia and you will find most Swedish glass houses used it - as did Holmegaard. But I have never seen one from Finland.

It's not Dartington. Their cork stoppers were just lumps of cork, apart from the glass being wrong.

Hi All,
Just to update i have since identified the bottle as being by Pukeberg, Sweden. I found another example online at the tradera trading site. Still not sure who might be the designer.
Thanks for your suggestions!

I can add that the Scandanavian style stopper of cork with a ring-pull was also used by Eva Hoglund, working in Australia.
I have a small twisted bottle, but it's packed up in the attic.
