Title: blue vase a similar version of a whitefriars elephant vase.

this is regarding the vase on the left,the good people at whitefriars dot com say it isn't whitefriars.does anyone know who made this vase please?
it measures 8.25" high and has a polished pontil mark on the base.

Think it's Polish. 
Jozefina or Makora from the 1990s?
