Title: This is a long shot! Can anyone ID this Art Glass Bowl?

I got this in a charity shop in Scotland and not sure what it is really! It's an art glass bowl, not sure how to discribe the shape! the pattern looks like autumn leaves hand painted onto the glass. It also has a polished pontil. Maybe Scottish??

From Romania, I believe and quite recent.

          I have been trawling the net, looking at Romanian glass, but I havn't come up with anythin yet. Do you know the glass firm?

No there are too many of them. The glossy decorative stain is a Romanian trick they picked up from Israeli decorators and has been in production for at least 10 years - that is all I know.
