There should be a few folk able to help you with these items in greater detail. The sticker is Zeleny Brod, as seen in back of Hi Lo Sklo by Mark Hill.

Designer and date may be provided by someone in next couple of days with more knowledge than me!

Exactly it is not Sklo Union but Železný Brod - ZBS as you can read at sticker. Designed by probably by Miloslav Janků.
