Title: CAN YOU HELP IDENTIFY THIS VASE ?

Hi i do not think this large vase is modern it has age related wear on the base and a few scratches sides .rough pontil to the base measures 30 cm high by 8cm wide and weighs 2.1kg .the two thick bands of blue trailing are raised on the inside .looks a typical 1930's shape i think .Any ideas folks ?

Style is modern studio but could date to 70s
