Hi Welcome to the GMB.

If the bases are matte, they're modern Chinese. Base pictures are a great help in paperweight (and other glass) ID

I was afer one piece of whitefriars and they came with it... there is a nice mdind one as well but I know what that is.. Obviously they bunged in a load of chinese ones just to boost the numbers.  ::)
