Within the white latticino there are twisted ribbons of coloured glass (red and green) . Is there a name for this technique ?

Leslie Pina has several bowls that are made like this in her book Archimede Seguso. Your bowl is probably made by them. I don't know if there is a specific name for the twisted ribbon inside the latticino. It is usually just called either latticino or zanfirico.
