Title: mystery vase id needed thanks

Hi Vase is 7 1/4 inches high
smooth top half , raised textured bottom half
white glass inside vase see pic 2
3 mould lines running down the length of the vase
any info appreciated thanks Kieran

My ill informed guess would be Empoli (Italy), just a hunch, little to base it on.
