Vase or posy bowl? Sorry to ask so many questions, Is it uranium glass please?
-
I was told this is 1930's ?
-
Bagley Equinox vase, pattern 3061, made from 1938 through to 1975, so yours could have been from anywhere within that timeframe. Two sizes made: 4" and 5" and a larger one is sometimes seen as a lamp.
I can't tell if it's uranium or not from the pic, but Christine may know. :)

I've got one of these and it does not contain uranium.
-
I would say not from the picture. I have yet to find one of these that does contain uranium and can't remember if I've ever seen one on fleabay that does. They are very common in blue, green and amber, so I suspect they were either never made or only in very small quantities in pink and uranium green. The time frame also makes it likely that any uranium ones would have been exported as posies would have been luxury goods.

Angela shows one in pink in the Bagley book Christine, but I've never seen one in the flesh as it were. I have a blue frosted one only. Incidentally, this is one of those pieces which can also be found in ceramic - my Mother has one and sizewise it's a match for my glass one.

Not in my edition

I didn't get any notification in my email that there'd been replies here. Was that something I did wrong when I listed I wonder.
Anyway, nice surprise to find an answer and very timely as this is fleabay bound today.....
Fleabay! Not heard that one before :chky: Love it! Better than ebad.
