Title: Cased red and clear bowl

Hello  ;D

Would anyone be able to to help ID this small bowl. Very Whitefriars in appearance but could not find anything similar in the catalogues and the lack of a pontil could be a problem. It is round with a smooth rim and a flat, polished base. The ruby glass is positioned slightly off-centre in the bowl. 16cm (6.25") diameter. Many thanks for your help.
