About 4 inches high,'soda'glass?hand blown foot applied with folded rim,put me out of misery Salviati yes or no?
-
Looks Salviati to me, similar to one i sold to a member a couple of months ago mine was signed under the foot and was clear with blue prunts jp
-
yes, from the seventies - but it is missing a stopper.
-
I presume the 1970's?
-
Hi Keith mine had never been stoppered ,neither had one that i saw in a catalogue the angle of the neck on mine would not have taken a stopper , i do believe there were many variations on this shape over many years that could explain it , Keith put your finger in the neck you should be able to tell if it had a stopper , dont get your finger stuck it hurts believe me. jp

I would have a job the opening is about half the diameter of my little finger, what would be the date, approx', on this piece?
-
Can we call you sausage fingers then rather than chipolata , i believe its a single stem vase like the one i had , date sorry 50/60/70s is my guess. jp ,i just love spell check it tells me chipolata should be shipload , it comes up with incredible alternatives very often .
