Title: Like melting ice but who's is it?

Hi there,
Along with my little glass man I found this vase. Heavy thick walls made to look like melting ice, it's in an ovoid shape. It's 17.5cm tall and has a polished pontil with lots of good age wear to the base so it's been here awhile. Any ideas? Thanks!
