Title: Green and bubbly? Can't remember!

Hi there,
Ya know how you know something and then after awhile you think you still know it and then after a long while you know that you don't know it anymore? That's what happened with this candle holder, I used to know this! It's 7cm tall and has controlled bubbles with a flat  base. Scanni, but who? Can anyone help me remember what I used to know!? Thanks!
