10 inches tall and 7 inches wide. The hollow base leads me to believe it's of Bohemian origin.
Any guesses at a maker?

I would agree that it appears Bohemian... The finish appears, at least in the photos to be a red variation of an oil spot finish. Although I am not familiar with hollow stem pieces by Kralik, Alfredo's website shows an example of what is referred to as a Pink Oil Spot inkwell by Kralik. The glass looks the same, and it is an unusual finish. It is image 23 on this page:

There are also examples of "spotted" pieces on this page of his site (image 14), but the finish does not look exactly the same. The ones on the following page also appear to have gold spots, which do not appear to be on this piece, but that could simply be as a result of the photography:

My inclination would be Kralik because of the unique finish..... but like I said, the stem bothers me.... but they made such a myriad of stuff I would not be surprised.....

Could be Poschinger, too.

Hi
Great piece
I took the liberty of asking Alfredo himself -as I was emailing him anyway
and the answer was indeed
'probably kralik oil spot'

So now I have seen a Kralik compote with a hollow stem.... Like I said, the more I learn about Kralik's output, the less surprised I am about the variations of product they produced.
Nice compote.....

Yep Craig
You've said it!
I really think we've only managed to chart a tiny percentage of the the diversity and brilliance of Kralik
