Crystal decanters are a nightmare to pin down to makers!  I don't know of any decanter websites out there either.   :'(  By the way...I've noticed you've washed your decanters in the photo...whatever you do, don't leave them with moisture in when you put the stoppers back.  You could easily get that irridescent water damage in them after a while!   :o
