Hi,
I have come across these two fish vases, each vase has four fish cut into it, standing on their tails, with frosted outlines and eyes and cut body decoration. The rims are ground flat and the bases are star cut, and one is slightly taller than the other ( 20 cm and 20.5cm).

I am wondering if they may be Czech manufacture and 1930's in date?
Many thanks,
Barbara

Hi Barbara,
I think these could easily be post war, possibly even as late as the 1990's since this sort of cut glass and pattern was still being made then. Probably not what you wanted to hear

Hi Nigel,
Many thanks for the information, it was a vain hope that they might be "something" but it is lucky that
as I am a Pisces I liked them for myself, they look lovely in the sunshine as they really reflect the light.
They were only £8.00 for the pair so not a fortune, and I can now keep them and not be worried that they are valuable if the cat happens to wobble them!
Hope you are keeping well,
Barbara
