No idea, sorry. Every man and his dog has made controlled bubble items, which makes it hard sometimes
-
How big is it? I have seen a similar design but without any air bubbles made by Caithness.

22 cm in round and 12 cm high .
On this site (on the bottom, must roll down) is marked as an Murano http://www.thejunkcompany.com.au/art_glass.html

The sizes are different but they look like siblings, unless you can find one with a label it may be tricky to positively ID them.

There are several items on that site ID'd as Murano that are more probably Czech, so I wouldn't assume your candleholder is correctly ID'd either.

Quite possibly from Japan, this one.

In my first post I used pic from the site, becouse they look this same. This one I made by myself.

Kocila, I've removed the earlier two images as they were in breach of the board's Policy on the use of other people's intellectual property.
If you don't have an image and you want advice about an item, please provide a link to the item rather than steal their image. Thanks.
