Title: American plate featuring Woolworths building??

Could some one tell me which American glass maker produced this,the paper picture is of the 'Woolworth' building I presume it commemorates the opening,It had a paper label on the back but that has long since disintergrated,Keith

At least two companies produced these "stamp" plates, Westmoreland & Dithridge. These were commonly used to display transfers. Ken

Pierced plates like this with transfers of places were very popular souvenirs / keepsakes at one time (in both glass and pottery.) They don't necessarily commemorate anything (although they might!)  :)
