Hello Glass Know-It-Alls Everywhere!

Sorry for the topic header - just wanted to grab your attention.

I'm not sure what this is, though I always suspect IKEA (so should we all, right?!)

It is 22cm point to point and has a flat base with no concave pontil.  Has anyone seen it in that big blue shop from Sweden?  LOL!

My first reaction would be Scandinavian, Sea Glasbruk coming first to mind. As usual, I'm less than certain, and I'm far away from my reference books (well, somebody has to try and stimulate the Kauai economy).
