I think this paperweight (http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?icep_ff3=2&pub=5574631383&toolid=10001&campid=5336261829&customid=&icep_item=370252137859&ipn=psmain&icep_vectorid=229466&kwid=902099&mtid=824&kw=lg) is certainly Scottish, but from Strathearn Glass. Any other thoughts?

Alan

I would agree on Strathearn: they have done such "flat" weights (very large top facet) with several designs - though usually with an additional single slanted side facet - so the weights would stand "oblique upright" on it.
