It looks like an Arcopal vase to me.  (Welcome to the GMB btw!)

Thanks max,
I love catss by the way. We couldn't live without our two siamese girls!

I google arcopal since I have no idea "what" that is. Am I right about the dating?

Arcopal, Arcoroc and Luminarc are trade names of the J G Durand group in France.  They make mass-produced tableware and other glass in huge amounts.   The photo you took from the side of the vase...did you shoot UP it? It looks kind of stumpy?

...as Christine (Lustroustone) said on another thread, it'd be great if you could upload your pics to here (ever so easy, simply add them under the Reply box or when you start a new thread) as we keep postings on here for many, many years...long after your Facebook account might have met it's demise!   :)

PS:  I've got a Siamese too.   :D
