Title: Vasart / Monart? or other?

Hi guys,

Bought this little beauty in the UK for a fiver. Loved it but never knew what it was? Has a undeep polished large pointil mark almost right up to the edge. It has age to it -would hasard a guess 1930S-1940s?

Any ideas?

A picture of the pontil would help the identification of the vase, the vase does resemble very much the shape code JA in the Monart catologue.

Definitely other. Bigger pictures would help, possibly not British.
