About 3.5 inches high,heavy with some wear and flat base,any ideas?Keith

Could be just about anyone made that sort of frit weight.  The yellows do look somewhat like they might be Chinese, but that sort of mustard yellow is available elsewhere as well.

The lovely shiny base might rule out China
