hi again can anyone tell us anything about this carafe wine jug. well we think its a carafe jug lol? would be greatfull with any info. thanks kim & ed

It looks like part of a tumble up, i.e., it should have a matching glass to go over the top. Is that a mould seam I see? It looks like an early/mid 20th C mould blown piece with standard simple olive cuts and from its very simplicity, I doubt you'll get an ID.

Base pics can be useful clues in glass ID (hint, hint,  :) )

hi there is no mould seam down the sides. any more info would be  greatfull  thanks kiim & ed.

Realistically, this is a simple/basic design with a simple cut used to decorate it, that could have come to mind at any factory. Therefore, I suggest it could have been made by a number of manufacturers, or even from different countries, and that you are, sadly, unlikely to find out much about it.

However, someone out there might just have the key.... :)
