Title: Any ideas about this satinated glass 'feather' decorated vase please?

Hi guys,

I got this satinated glass vase in a mixed lot at auction recently, and wonder if anyone can ID it ~ it's about 9.25"/23.5cm tall, moulded in two halves and the bottom is clear.

This is acid stain decorated on clear blank made in Romania in the past 10 years or so.
