Can anyone help identify this weight and possibly confirm my suspicions ,
Measures 3.5 inches in diameter ,

100% modern Chinese, as Mark says - though you do sometimes see them called Murano (but imported from China, of course).

Sold in British Heart Foundation shops a few years ago. Still quite cute.
