Title: Odd coloured miex blue vase. Id please

This is a heavy quite tall vase with quite a thickness to the bluey/green rim.  The colours as you can see are a mix of various blues.  The base hmmm I cant decide if its a broken centre or if it is purposely done as it has been made my mind says damaged.  There is also air bubble droplets in the rim.  The base is the same colour as the rim.  Can anyone help ID please.

I'm not sure you want to hear this, but I think it's modern and Chinese or Eastern European or Far Eastern. The "broken" bit is just an unfinished pontil mark
