Title: Vase + soft, velvet-like texture
Post by: Mac on September 05, 2009, 10:16:54 PM
Greetings all,

Your thoughts on who might have made this vase would be appreciated.

Details:
14” tall, 6” wide at the base, soft/velvet like texture, fairly heavy, rough pontil mark and lots of wear to the bottom

I am clueless on this one. I have been looking in the direction of Monart and French. Thoughts please.
Here is the link to my blog where I have it posted. It is the blue mottled piece right at the top of the page as it opens.

Thank you.

I realized that some of you may be uncomfortable clicking on the blog link, so here are the pictures. The first 2 pics are under lights and the 2nd two pics are taken in natural light.
