Title: Help with this Scandi? bowl

Hi has anyone any thoughts on this vase / bowl? Pretty sure its Scandinavian. Holmegaard? maybe 8" and 4.5" high - 1.5KG. The body of the bowl looks Ocean Green yet the base looks Arctic Blue? in the photo.What appears on the side on photo as a bubble is where the glass as been pinched/gathered  and forms a small "hole in each end? hope this makes sense.

It's not a HG shape/colour, insofar as I know.
