Hi can anyone tell me if this is an old bristol green glass and if so is it an ale or wine glass .it is large measuring just under 8" tall and 3.5" across the rim .has some base wear
thank you

I don't think that this is Bristol Green I'm afraid. In my experience the colour is far more intense than this.
Your vase/glass is transparent green and 8" tall - too big for a traditional ale glass, but is feasable for cider or lemaonade (sometimes also referred to as lager glass); equally well it looks like a small vase!
So that was helpful ::)

Hi Nigel it is actually darker but i took the pics outside .i am sure they are glasses as i have six of them .some of them have black flecks in them like you get in cranberry glass

Had you mentioned you had six, I wouldn't have mentioned vases at all ;)

No idea who did them, but they look like pilsner glasses for drinking beer on St. Patrick's Day. :chky:
