Title: Tri mould pressed glass decanter very early ?

I have this mystery decanter and am a bit stumped as to the age and maker,it stands at 22cm and looks like it has been blown into a 3 piece mould and had lovely ropework paterning,the neck is slightly skewed and has a smooth but uneven lip,it has a smooth concave base.any help would be appreciated..lynn
