Title: Small vase with silver overlay

Hello I am having very much a fruitless searche today on my items.  Could anyone please point me in the right direction to ID this lovely little vase.  It has a fair few air bubbles well quite a lot actually and has 5 silver flowers overlayed.  No markings.  The base is shiny with a small mottled circular area.

Hi all any thoughts please have tried a magnet on the silver look overlay and it isn't magnetic - pewter possibly?  Also we can feel the overlay inside the bottle/vase.  Thanks.
