Title: Blue finger vase

I know this finger vase will not pay the bills but may get a loaf of bread and a bottle of milk out of it  :)
Saw this advertised on the net just as depression glass but who made it and how old could it be please.

Modern and Eastern Europe or Far East, very common in various colours
