Title: ID for this clear glass Ship's Decanter please? Dartington/Scandinavian?

Hi guys.
Can anyone help with an ID for this clear glass ships decanter, with a 'nipple' on the stopper please? I wondered if it may be Dartington, but perhaps it's Scandinavian?

Have you considered it may be Krosno from Poland?
