Title: Green dumpy vase id please

Hello again could anyone please help id and age this vase.  It is quite a dumpy thing and has a ribbed pattern.  Darker than the pic shows.  The base has almost a sun ray pattern to it with obvious pontil slightly concaved and not smooth.  The base is thicker than the body which is quite thin.
