Title: Chicken bowl and lid,i.d please.

7 inches across has a pattern on the base like a Sowerby basket I have,the blue edges are orange when held up to the light?Keith.

If you do a search for "nest" here on the board, you will find several different threads regarding this type of glass piece

Oh crumbs, Keith, you're going to need Shirley and her wonderful book for this one I think! Have a look at this page and you'll see why I quake at the thought of trying to pin down these - oh yes, and they are called hen on nest. :)

Oh crumbs! is right I wish I'd left it on the bottom of the shelf now,I've been having problems attributing the collection as it is,this looks like a nightmare,think I might slip it back on the shelf,ta for all replies,Keith.
