This is a thick, heavy piece of Ruby glass, a little bit like the style of William Wilson for Whitefriars, however opinion is divided on it, and it has been suggested to me that it might be Reijmyre. The top is a sort of rounded rectangular shape, measuring 4 & 1/2" (11.5cm) x 5 & 1/2" (14cm). It stands 4 & 1/2" (11.5cm) at the sides, rising at the front and back to 4 & 3/4" (12cm) high at the front and back. It has a polished out pontil mark. Can anyone identify a maker, please?
