Hi ive purchased two amber vase today as per photograph's i suspect they are both holmegaard one being a gulvase 12" tall and the other being a gullaskruf and 13to14" in height my question is the gulvase seems to be quite easily attributable to holmegaard via ebay but the other seems to be a little less well made and the rim is a little uneven although they are identical in colour on a windowsill also the one im confused about has a sharp pontil and a great deal of wear the other just has moderate wear and some brush marks-they look like where the other has a sharp pontil what are your feelings please???

The Otto Brauer Gulvvase attribution is fine, but the other one is not Holmegaard.
Holmegaard's Brun / Brown colourway is fairly indistinguishable from dark ambers used by many glassworks, so I wouldn't use colour as a factory indicator in this instance.

 Thank's again im glad that one is holmegaard the other puzzles me the pictures tell a different story as in real life the colour is very similar, I would say the gullaskruf is earlier in date by way of it base wear im puzzled they were side by side today in a hospice shop. £2 each. :hiclp: :hiclp:
