Thanks Glen, looking back to when I got it(keep records of everything I buy) I've got it down as Eda Glasbruk, cathedral arches pattern,do I need a new book on carnival glass?I think maybe I do!Keith.

Eda Glasbruk did make a variation of this pattern, but there are distinct differences (I have studied this very specifically and in depth). Your bowl is most certainly the Brockwitz example.
Cathedral Arches is another intaglio geometric from Brockwitz, but it is very distinct and known in very different shapes.

Yes, you might well need another book on Carnival, but I couldn't possibly begin to advise you which....... >:D ;) :-[

Ok,thanks again, looks like I need that new book,I've an idea where I might get a good one from,it just floated into my mind, strange eh?
-
Glen, would you be so kind as to take a look at 'carnival,id' on page 2,please,Keith.
-
Not sure about that one, Keith. I suspect it could be Depression era US (it also reminds me a bit of Indiana's Diamond Point pattern). I'll see if I can track it down and let you know.

Cheers,ta,Keith.
